Project consists of:

Task 1:
– Design of Electrical 132 KV Transmission Line and 33 KV Distribution Line for Early Industrial Zone 1, Zone 2, Township and Secondary Road 2.
– Design of Electrical 33 KV Distribution Line from sub-station at Zone 1 to Water Treatment Plant (Zone 6) for Early Industrial Estate Reservoir.
– Design of Electrical 33 KV Distribution Line for Secondary Road 1.

Task 2:
– Design of new road from Water Treatment Plant (Zone 6) through Zone 4 to the proposed Secondary Road 1 from Pagaw Zoon Relocation Village to Main Road Corridor. The design includes road and storm drainage system for road, street lighting and future space for utilities expansion.
– Design of Secondary Road 1 from Pagaw Zoon Relocation Village to Main Road Corridor.

Task 3:
Design of Water Transmission Lines from Water Treatment Plant to Zone 1, Zone 2, Township and Power Plant 2 (Zone B) and Water Distribution Network System of Early Industrial Estate’s Zone 1, Zone 2 and Township.

Task 4:
Design of Wastewater Collection System of Early Industrial Estate Zone 1 and Zone 2, excluding Township.
