Description : Movenpick Resort & Spa and Palm Laguna Residences related to the development of “The Palm Jumeirah Cressent Plots 36 & 37 Project at Dubai, U.A.E.. Project is one part of the Palm Jumeirah, the world’s most remarkable man-made island. It is located off the coast of the city of Dubai. It consists of (a) Two 8-storey L-shaped condominium buildings located on both corners of the site facing the public road. Each building is equipped with 223 luxury 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, Deluxe Suite, and Penthouse condominiums. Both of these medium-rise buildings provide common facilities on the ground floor. Total area is 47,875.52 sq.m.; (b) Resort Hotel consists of executive low rise 1-2 storey villas spread around lagoons and the sea front. There are 15 units Pool Villa, 18 units Water Villa, 260 units Lagoon Deluxe Villa, main lobby & main dining area, spa village, meeting/banquet room, fitness center/tennis court and restaurants all together 51,221.26 sq.m;. (c) Car Parking Facilities, total for 587 parking spaces, 260 spaces for condominium and 327 spaces for Hotel and Apartment; (d) Spa and Sport Facilities: spa village, fitness centre and tennis courts; (e) Specialty Restaurants; (f) Main Lobby/All Day Dining; (g) Service Facility. Total built-up areas (lagoons excluded) are 120,944.24 sq.m. Dynamic Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (DEC) of SEATEC Group as lead firm worked together with architectural partners (Interdesign Co., Ltd., Leo International Co., Ltd. and DSB Associates Co., Ltd.) which carried out the Master planning, detailed design of architectural, interior, landscaping. DEC performed the detailed design of works in civil/structural, electrical and communication system, MATV and CCTV, air-conditioning and ventilation system, fire alarm protection, lightning protection system, sanitary system, water supply and distribution system, and wastewater treatment system; and also Construction Supervision works.
